Currently, we are a regional corporation with more than 60 years of experience in the automotive market, with presence in 3 countries. Our history started in Chile on January 21, 1958 when Emasa, Equipos y Maquinarias S.A. was founded.

As a result of our management and the excellence of the brands that we represent, the company begins its expansion and internationalization process, adding recognized companies in the field. First in Chile acquiring the company Noriega Vanzulli, then Autorex in Peru and finally, Innovateq in Colombia.

At present, we are all Emasa, with the purpose of becoming the best offer in the transportation mobility business for the Pacific Coast of South America.

History
1958

Equipos y Maquinarias was created by public deed on January 21st in Chile.

1967-1969

Robert Bosch acquires more than 50% of the shares of Emasa Chile.

1993

Acquires 80% of Autorex Peruana S.A., which started as the exclusive representative of Robert Bosch in Peru since 1957.

1994

Acquires Noriega Noriega.

2007

Emaserv is created and the new distribution center for Emasa is inaugurated, while Noriega Noriega starts in E-Commerce.

2010-2011

Bosch exits shareholding and Emasa remains as principal owner.

2015

Noriega Noriega joins with Vanzulli and the Colombian company Innovateq joins the Emasa holding, having been incorporated in 1965 and 1999, respectively.

2019

Start of cultural, strategic and digital transformation.

2022

New Emasa corporate image for all its subsidiaries.
